After taking a fatal wound from Cetus, Yota wakes up in his home world, and finds out his left arm and right leg were damaged so badly in his fall in chapter one that they had to be amputated. It doesn't hamper her fighting skills in the slightest: she's able to stab right through her opponents using it, and can channel some kind of paralyzing spell through it as well. Kai is missing her left arm: in its place is a rough spike of stone.Ambiguously Human: With her ability to Wall Crawl, casually travel between dimensions, and the fact she's invisible to all but Yota when on earth, Lilia's true nature is a big question mark.that is, if the Ragged Doll actually is Lilia at all and not just something wearing her face.Though Rumi is still all-too-eager to mate with Yota when the opportunity presents itself, his presence doesn't reduce her to the same helpless mess that it did the first time they met. It's likened to an immune system incapable of resisting an unknown pathogen: the girls even demonstrate the development of a slight 'resistance' after being exposed to Yota for a while. Since there's been no men for the past 300 years, the women of the parallel world are incredibly 'weak' to Yota: the slightest touch or even just seeing his bare torso is enough to leave them chomping at the bit for sex. All Women Are Lustful: Lust for men is encoded into their very DNA in the parallel world.Turns out, however, that it WASN'T just a dream when the Ragged Doll makes another appearance and chucks him back into the parallel world. All Just a Dream: After getting bitten nearly in half by a monster, Yota wakes up back in his home world, with his left arm and right leg missing from his fall off the roof. Most of the chapter names are this if they're not Rhymes on a Dime. It's licensed in English by Seven Seas Entertainment as part of their Ghost Ship imprint. Like his previous works, it's quite open about nudity, and takes it another step forward and has actual sex. Parallel Paradise is an ongoing manga by Lynn Okamoto that began serialization in Kodansha's Weekly Young Magazine in 2017. Out of nowhere this being appears next to him and makes him fall from the 3rd floor! But he stops in a strange world, where beings like dragons exist! Yota meets a young paladin, and discovers that he is the only man inhabiting that planet, and that its inhabitants are extremely "weak" to his presence.

One day at school, Yota sees someone strange entering school. Kimi wa Midara as I said looks more like something coming from Yokoyari considering she's moslty focused on those topics, I'm sill suprised about it.Īnyways, I expect something crazy that doesn't have the same flaws as Gokukoku and does a godd job, Lynn is someone who learns fast from his own mistakes."I don't know who brought me here or why.but I will definitely defeat the Jealous God who brought so much suffering to both me and this world." Lynn was always on the side of character development and interesting settings, despite having problems to wrap up the story in a climax (as we saw on Gokukoku no Brynhildr).
Parallel paradise manga series#
Magazine where series is published, previously published things like Kiss x Sis (before it moved into monthly version of said magazine) or Prison School, so let's see what they allow here.

Personally I hope for first option, since it would fit better whole setting and also Lynn's style, not mention that second option would make whole manga simply too similar to World's End Harem which I would see just as huge waste. Is obvious that each route would mean absolutely different style of story and fanservice. I believe that at least on physical relationship of main characters is clearly visible Lynn's handwriting style.Īnyway back to main topic, I'm very curious whether new manga chooses Kimi wa Midara route (after initial resistance, MC eventually fully embrace sexiness of whole situation) or World's End Harem route (MC absolutely refuses any intimacy, for sake of his only childhood love). Simply it's typical collaboration Lynn provides base script and Yokoyari draws manga based on that. I mean that is something i expect from yokoyari and her shitty dramas.
